This structure ideally will be two levels: Lower level will be set up to dry herbals and to store dried herbals and clean containers waiting to be filled. Possibly have an area for growing mushrooms. (2-40 ft shipping containers) Main floor would be showroom as well as place for teaching clinics as well as where we would make tinctures and ferment honey and vinegars.
